This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the policies and practices of uGotit Ltd. ("we," "us", “our” or "uGotit") and the choices you ("User", "you", "your") have in connection with collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information that you provide to us or that may be generated by your use of our website ("Site"), platform services and mobile applications (collectively “Platform” and/or “Service(s)”). Please review carefully this Privacy Policy before making any use of the Platform. Each use of the Platform by you constitutes your consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then we cannot provide the Platform or Services to you, and you should stop accessing the Platform and deactivate your Account.

Our Platform

Our Platform is intended to enable connection between Clients and Service Providers. “Clients” are individuals and/or businesses, seeking to hire a service provider (“Service Provider”) to perform a service, and helps Clients and Service Providers to form offline relationships directly with one another.

Our Privacy Philosophy

Your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we have taken reasonable safeguards to protect our users' information, however no online system is 100% secure. Please see below our Commitment to Security.

Please do your part to help us. Should you choose to subscribe to our Service via a combination of personal information and password, your credentials and password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or your Personal Information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify uGotit and change your password.

We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organisation that is not uGotit.

Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, Clients, Service Providers, and others who access the Platform (collectively "Users").

Information we Collect

uGotit collects the following types of information:

Personal Information

uGotit collects personal information if you voluntarily choose to share such information with us. You may browse the web-site without disclosing any personal information. However, in order for you to take advantage of particular opportunities provided through the Services, we may require that you furnish personal information.
We collect information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”) that you voluntarily provide to become a registered user of our Platform, and when you use certain aspects of our Services. This can include your name, your username, password, profile information, e-mail address and social media accounts such as your Facebook account. You can also choose to provide us with location data. "Personal Information" includes any information, recorded in any form, about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be reasonably inferred from the information. This includes, for example, name, e-mail and mailing address, telephone number, and account information and other information incidental to providing Services available on our Platform. For example, we collect information when you:

1. fill in any form on the Platform, such as when you register or update the details of your user account, or when you supply ID and other verification information;

2. access or use the Platform, such as to search for Service Providers, book or pay for any associated services that may be available, post comments or reviews, or communicate with other users;

3. link your account on a Third-Party site (e.g. Facebook) to your uGotit account, in which case we will obtain the Personal Information that you have provided to the Third-Party site, to the extent allowed by your settings with the Third-Party site and authorized by you;

4. communicate with uGotit or with another User.

We collect information that you provide in the transactions you make with/through the Service Providers.
We collect other information from your interaction with our Platform, Services or content (including, without limitation content provided by third parties);
When you communicate with us or with the Service Providers (through the Platform) we collect and store the contact information you provide (which usually consists of your name and e-mail address), information about the service you provide or order, your activity and your username. We may collect additional information we ask you to submit to authenticate yourself. We will store the correspondence with you (e.g. account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices) and any information contained within. Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

Also, you may send us correspondence, testimonials, photos, writings, customer satisfaction surveys or customer service communications.

Analytics Information

Whenever you use mobile applications and other Internet websites and services, there’s certain information that almost always gets created and recorded automatically. The same is true when you use our Platform. Here are some of the types of methods we use and information we collect:

Cookie Data. We may use “cookies” (a small text file sent by your computer each time you visit our website, unique to your user account or your browser), or similar technologies to record log data. When we use cookies, we may use “session” cookies (that last until you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (that last until you or your browser delete them). For example, we may use cookies to store your language preferences or other settings so you don‘t have to set them up every time you visit the Service. Some of the cookies we use are associated with your account (including Personal Information about you, such as the email address you gave us), and other cookies are not.

Our partners may offer services to your device which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party.

Important Note: You may change the device settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Service or all functionality of the Service.

Log Data. When you use the Platform, or go to a webpage or use an application that has uGotit features (like our “uGotit” button), our servers automatically record information (“log data”) including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or your mobile application sends when you’re using it. This log data may include your internet protocol address (“IP Address”), browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of our Services.
Device Information. In addition to log data, we may also access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store information about the device you’re using uGotit on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, data sent to the device by uGotit and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. For example, different types of information are available depending on whether you’re using a tablet or phone. To learn more about what information your device makes available to us, please also check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner and such information helps us or others provide reports or personalised content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
Third Party Web Beacons: uGotit may also implement third party content, on the Services that uses “clear gifs”, “web beacons”, or other similar techniques, which allow the third party content provider to read and write cookies to your browser, or implement similar tracking mechanisms, in connection with your viewing of that third party content displayed on the Services. This information is collected directly by the third party, and we do not participate in that data transmission. Information collected by third parties in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.
Metadata: Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with user content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of user content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users may have Metadata added to their user content (e/g hashtag and/or location data) which makes it more searchable and interactive.
Information from Other Sources: uGotit may also obtain information, including Personally Identifiable Information, from third parties such as demographic and navigation data or third party service providers who you use in order to access features of the Services. If we combine or associate information from other sources with Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through the Services, we will treat the combined information as Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Analytics Service Provider. We use services of third parties for analysis needs including Facebook Analytics which is a web analysis service provided by Facebook.

Non-Identifying Information

We also collect aggregate information about our Users that cannot reasonably be used to identify or contact you (e.g., without limitation, age and individual preferences) (“Non-Identifying Information”). Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be personally identified or contacted. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other Non-Identifying Information (for example, your viewing preferences).

Inviting your Friends

Certain features of the Platform may enable Users to invite friends to use uGotit. When you use such features we will use the information to allow your friend to access uGotit and use the Services. For such purpose we may collect and store information that you provide us regarding your friend. YOU MUST NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR FRIEND WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING YOUR FRIEND'S CONSENT.

How we Use your Information

Our primary purpose in collecting Personal Information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. You agree that we may use your Personal Information:

create your Account and help you efficiently access your information.
to provide the Services and customer support you request;
resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
to record your preferences in order to provide you with personalized services;
make service orders and communicate with you about services you ordered;
enable you to connect with the Service Providers you elect to use through the Platform;
to detect and prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities such as negligence, breach of contract or fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use and other policies;
to audit compliance with our policies and contractual obligations;
to customize, measure, analyze and improve our Services, related content and offers;
to tell you about our products and Services, targeted marketing, updates, and promotional offers and other personalized content and information and contact you with administrative notices, newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, events details and other information that may be of interest to you based on your communication preferences;
We may use your Personal Information to send you alerts, notifications and other features that may be used by you in the Services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or send us an email to the email set forth below. If available, you may update your “preferences” information in your account settings.
provide, improve, test and monitor the effectiveness of our Services and new features and update the Platform on your device;
for internal market research, and monitor Non Identifying Information such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns;
as permitted by, and to comply with, any legal or regulatory requirements or provisions; and
for any other purpose to which you affirmatively consent.

Although we ensure that our third party agents (“Agents”) receiving your information are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this policy, uGotit is not responsible for any issues that may arise regarding the Privacy Policies of any of its affiliates or advertisers. By using this Platform, you agree to hold uGotit harmless from any claims and/or damages that may arise from the actions of any of its affiliates and/or advertisers.

Non-Identifying Information

We may use Non-Identifying Information to describe our user base to current or potential partners, investors; after a survey, to understand and respond to market needs and preferences; or to make recommendations to other Users of our Platform. For example, if users of our Platform who have used a particular service provider told us that they had positive experiences, we might recommend that service provider.

For improving user experience we offer personalised services and content. uGotit may use Cookies and other analytics information (as described above) also in combination with Personal Information to perform market research and place personalised ads where we believe such ads may interest the relevant User. We may also advertise products and services we believe may interest you through the email address you provide, or through text message to your device.

When you use our Platform you will be requested to approve or reject notifications permissions to enable you to control receipt of such notifications and ads.

Choice/Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners, remove your information from our database, and choose to not receive future communications unrelated to the Service.

During registration you choose whether to receive correspondence from uGotit or its partners. This information remains on your account profile. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or send us an email to the email set forth below. If available, you may update your “preferences” information in your account settings. If you receive unsolicited email from a uGotit domain', please contact us at support@uGotit.us.

How We Share Your Information

We may also share your Personal Information from time to time as follows:

to Service Providers with which you make arrangements through our Platform;
to organizations that perform services for or on behalf of uGotit, such as credit card processors, marketing or research providers and data processors.
NOTE: We will share with these companies only that Personal Information which they need to work on our behalf. Some of these service providers may be located in countries outside the US and outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Your Personal Information will be provided to these organizations only if they agree to use such information solely for the purpose of providing services to uGotit, and under the instructions of uGotit, and with respect to that information, to act in a manner consistent with the relevant principles articulated in this Privacy Policy. By submitting your personal data, you agree to the transfer, storing and processing of your data outside the US and outside the EEA;
to third-parties with whom we are collaborating to offer you additional products or Services such as sweepstakes, raffles and promotions. We will share Personal Information that is necessary for these other companies to provide the products or services that you have requested subject to restrictions that prevent the data from being used or shared except as directed by us;
to protect our Platform and our rights under our Terms of Use; to protect ourselves against liability or prevent fraudulent activity; or where it is necessary to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that we may sustain;
to regulatory agencies, if required pursuant to the law.

Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information. We may share aggregate information that does not include Personal Information and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregate information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. uGotit cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We can disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process including, but not limited to, subpoenas, to protect the property and rights of uGotit, its Users or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity. Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.

Business Transfers. uGotit may sell, divest, transfer, assign, share or otherwise engage in a transaction that involves, some or all of our assets, including any or all of the information described in this Privacy Policy, in the course of a corporate divestiture, merger, acquisition, joint venture, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganisation, or any other similar transaction or proceeding.

When we share Personal Information with any third party as described above we require that the party to whom we disclose such information will be subject to this Privacy Policy or to privacy protection rules which are substantially similar.

How We Store Your Information

In general, uGotit stores information on facilities located where uGotit, its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. We may store our data including Personal Information of our Users on cloud servers of third party suppliers such as, but not limited to, Amazon cloud or Microsoft. By registering for and using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to any country in which uGotit, its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

We store your Personal Information in 'My Profile'. You can access 'My Profile' from the home page of our Platform, after logging onto it. 'My Profile' contains your name, e-mail address, some of your Facebook account information that you have agreed to share with us and password settings. It may also contain other information so that you do not need to re-enter it each time you make a services order. We also keep in 'My Profile' all other information that you have elected to provide us, such as gender, activities and preferences.

You can access or modify your account information in 'My Profile'.

You can close your account by emailing support@uGotit.us

Following termination or deactivation of your account, uGotit, its affiliates, or its service providers may retain information in your 'My Profile' for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes (You can access or modify this Personal Information at any time).

We may also need to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity; protect ourselves against liability, permit us to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that we may sustain; or if we believe in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it.

Your Choices Regarding Your Information

You have several choices regarding the use of information on our Services:

Opt-Out Options and Unsubscribing. uGotit may send you, from time to time, email communications, with Services updates, news and marketing communications. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive email communications from us, please update your “preferences” information in your account settings. You can unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. Notwithstanding, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices).
Changing or Deleting Your Information. All Users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their 'My Profile' (including any imported contacts) by contacting us or by editing their profile. If you completely delete all of your Personal Information, then your User account may become deactivated. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Cookies. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. Consult your browser’s technical information. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Services.

Children's Privacy

uGotit does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us immediately.

Links; Third Parties

The Platform may contain links to Service Providers and/or other third parties' websites and applications. While we attempt to provide links to sites that value your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the content or privacy policies of such sites. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of such third parties' websites linked or provided through the Services prior to any use of such websites. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your account. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your information you do so at your own risk.

Our Commitment to Security

We have put in place appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect. Nevertheless, no system can be completely secure and we do not guarantee that unauthorized disclosures and access will not happen.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

uGotit may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. If the policies described in our Privacy Policy change in any material respect, we will notify you by posting the revised policy on our website, mobile app, by email, or by other means that we may choose and as required by applicable law. We may apply changes to information previously collected by us, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the new or modified Privacy Policy, you agree to immediately notify us that your Personal Information should be deleted. Your continued use of the Services after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

Users from outside of Israel

uGotit is incorporated in Israel. Please be aware that information you provide to uGotit or that it obtains as a result of your use of the Services may be subject to Israeli law. The privacy and data protection laws in Israel may not be equivalent to such laws in your country of residence. By using the Platform, participating in any of the Services, or by providing uGotit with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in Israel.
